By default, all our laptops and desktops are shipped with OS language is English. Apart from that, buyers have the option to: 
- Request to change the default OS for free
- Request to change the default OS language to French for free 
- Upgrade their hardware (i.e. memory, HDD, graphics card, keyboard...etc) for additional costs 
Customers who are willing to take an upgrade can let us know via Asus Services email and we will send their customization information separately. The payment, if applied, will be collected through the same process as the purchased product (PayPal).

SHIPPING

dhariMall is committed to shipping out all of our packages as fast as possible, safely, and accurately. 



Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment and estimated to arrive approximately 2 to 10 business days after being shipped. Please note that shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.



Depending on the time of the year, you will have the option to upgrade the shipping method of your order for faster delivery with our Express Shipping service. If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, your order must be received with the payment cleared by 12:00 PM (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day (Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
